2. Categories and types of Data collected and processed

The Data processed by the Data Controller may include common data, such as device information, service usage data, time spent on Web pages; or personal data such as, for example, first and last name, tax code, VAT number, residence, domicile, email or PEC address, telephone and fax number, etc., collected for the purpose of conducting surveys, sending information and communications will be processed.
Within www.sinteris.it there are data request forms. The fillable fields listed within each form are divided into mandatory and optional, recognizable by a visual marker.In case the user wants to avoid communicating the mandatory data, www.sinteris.it reserves the right not to provide the service. In case the user prefers not to communicate the optional data, the service will be carried out equally.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Web Site and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Owner from any liability towards third parties. 3. Purposes of the processing for which personal data are intended and its legal basis

Your personal data will be processed with your consent (Article 7, GDPR), for the following purposes:

  • communication and proposition activities of various kinds, including distribution of materials of an informative nature, sending newsletters and publications;
  • Management of surveys and questionnaires;
  • Provide estimates.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes listed above is Article 6.1.a) of the Regulations as the treatments are based on consent; it should be noted that the Data Controller may collect a single consent for the purposes described herein, pursuant to the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data "Guidelines on Promotional Activities and Countering Spam" of July 4, 2013.

The provision of consent to the use of data for the purposes listed above is optional and should, the data subject wish to object to the processing of Data for such purposes, as well as withdraw the consent given; he/she may do so at any time without any consequences (except for the fact that he/she will no longer receive communications, information, etc.) by following the directions found in the "Rights of the Data Subject" section of this Notice.

 

4. Methods of Data Processing

In relation to the stated purposes, the processing of Data is carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data themselves, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations enshrined in the legislation.

The Data will be processed in accordance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excessiveness, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data. The Data Controller shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing will be carried out by formally appointed and properly trained personnel.

5. Scope of communication and dissemination of Data, recipients and transfer of Data, and data controllers

The Data may be shared with authorities, entities and/or subjects to whom the Data must be communicated by virtue of legal provisions or orders from authorities. These authorities, entities and/or subjects will act as autonomous data controllers.
The Data will not be disseminated. Internal personnel (such as administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) have access to the personal data collected by www.sinteris.it. 6. Transfer of Data to international organizations and/or non-EEA countries

The data collected will not be transferred abroad.

 

7. Data retention

The Data are processed at the Holder's operational offices and will not be transferred to other locations.The Data will be stored on paper and/or computer media for only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, respecting the principles of storage limitation and minimization set forth in Article 5(1)(c) and (e) of the Regulations. 8. Rights of the data subject

For the Data in relation to the aforementioned processing, each Data Subject may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulations. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to ask the Company for access to, rectification or deletion of his or her Data, has the right to object to the processing or request the restriction of the processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation and to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format his or her Data, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation.

The Data Subject may also revoke at any time the consents given pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulations, as well as lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulations, if he or she believes that the processing of his or her Data is contrary to the applicable legislation.

In cases of objection to the processing of Data pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulations, the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the application, which will not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject.
